    溯溪 River Tracing

    溯溪是指沿著溪谷逆流而上,並且需要在部分複雜地形(如瀑布或巨石)進行技術性攀登的運動。除了專業的繩索技巧,溯溪是需要綜合性能力的活動,包括風險評估、環境觀察、危機應變、團隊合作,在一趟的溯溪活動中,需克服各種地形,如深潭、瀑布、各種落差、高繞等等,因此許多參加者都能在活動過後提昇勇氣與信心,當越過一個個看似困難的環境,越能明白人生沒有越不過的檻。

    River tracing involves ascending streams and rivers, navigating through challenging terrains like waterfalls and boulders. It requires technical rope skills and a combination of risk assessment, environmental observation, crisis management, and teamwork. Participants face various obstacles such as deep pools, waterfalls, and steep climbs. Overcoming these challenges builds courage and confidence, demonstrating that no life obstacle is insurmountable when you persist and take one step at a time.

    山野技能 Bushcraft

    在山野中迷路怎樣辦?我們的教練會教導大家如何就地取材,設立冓火、製造飲用水、尋找食物、繩結技巧、製作武器、急救技巧、建立庇護所,這些全面性的野外求生技巧讓我們能夠在野外生存下去。拋開過度倚賴的科技,讓參加者體驗到大自然的無限可能,在山林中能玩的,比電玩遊戲還要令人沈醉呢!

    我們還會在山中露營,一同圍著營火星光夜語,看著毫無光害的星空,聽著夜裡大自然的聲響入睡。

    What if you get lost in the wilderness? Our coaches will teach you essential survival skills, including creating fire, purifying water, foraging for food, knot-tying, crafting tools, administering first aid, and building shelters. These comprehensive skills enable participants to survive in nature, moving away from over-reliance on technology to discover the endless possibilities of the wild. The outdoors offers experiences more immersive and engaging than any video game. Participants will also camp under the stars, share stories by the campfire, and fall asleep to the sounds of nature.

    獨木舟 Kayaking

    獨木舟是能行駛在各樣水域的工具,不用聽到引擎的聲音,又不會聞到難聞的氣油味。 不靠著機械動力學習與洋流共存,不與大浪鬥力,學習穩定情緒面對風浪,在一趟的獨木舟活動中,參加者會明白人力量的渺小,體驗水能載舟亦能覆舟,而在專業的教練與夥伴的陪伴之下,有時候船翻覆了又如何?穩定自己,抓好船隻,永遠都有翻身的時候!

    A kayak lets you glide through waters without the hum of an engine or the smell of fuel. Kayaking teaches participants to work with ocean currents and face waves with emotional stability rather than brute force. Through the journey, participants understand the limits of human power and experience how water can both carry and overturn a canoe. Under the guidance of professional coaches and teammates, capsizing becomes less daunting—stabilize yourself, hold onto the canoe, and remember there’s always a chance to right yourself.

    高空垂降 Abseiling

    以繩索為工具,從高空下降至地面,這是一個高度挑戰自我、克服恐懼的活動,高空的下方並沒有安全氣墊,你能抓住的僅有一根繩子,當你站上高台,已經成功了第一步,而當你把自己的身體全部交給繩索,更是一大步信心的跨越,在下降的過程中,看見目標越來越近,越來越大膽的放鬆繩子,參加者體驗過高空垂降後,能夠培養高度的自信心、勇於挑戰的能力,並且為生命創造更大的格局。

    Using ropes to descend from high altitudes to the ground is a high-adrenaline activity that challenges participants to overcome fear. Without safety nets below, you rely entirely on a single rope. Standing on the high platform is the first step of success, and trusting the rope with your entire weight is a leap of faith. As you descend, the target gets closer, and participants gradually gain confidence. This activity cultivates self-assurance, a willingness to take risks, and the ability to create a broader perspective in life.

    攀石 Indoor Rock Climbling

    攀石對於身體素質的要求是極其全面的,必須使用臀部、大小腿肌肉、臂力、指力、胸背力量等,融合有氧和無氧訓練,注重核心平衡、協調性、柔軟度與肌耐力,更是要與腦力結合的運動項目。攀爬時必須評估自己體力狀況,快速解讀路線、選擇抓握和腳踩支點、移動過程重心調整、節奏掌握等等,在爬上頂端的過程中,學習認識自己的身體變化,不斷調整配合,是對身心靈發展非常好的活動項目。

    Rock climbing demands a full spectrum of physical fitness, requiring strength in your legs, arms, fingers, chest, and back, alongside core stability, balance, coordination, flexibility, and endurance. It also engages mental faculties for route evaluation, grip selection, foot placement, and movement adjustments. Climbing teaches participants to recognize their physical limits and adapt accordingly. Reaching the top is a journey of self-awareness and growth, making this an ideal activity for holistic development of body, mind, and spirit.
